Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, social-first design, or short-form video production (CPG, eCommerce, or agency experience preferred).
  • A portfolio of scroll-stopping social content that showcases strong storytelling, visual creativity, and an intuitive understanding of social platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing (TikTok, Reels, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
  • Basic skills in graphic design as well as motion graphics (Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools).
  • A natural eye for composition, aesthetics, and lighting when capturing content.
  • A deep love bordering on obsession for online culture and an ability to tap into and translate cultural moments into brand content.
  • A fast and scrappy approach—comfortable working quickly, experimenting, and iterating in real time.
  • A self-starter mentality—someone who can run with an idea and make it happen without heavy oversight.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Lead and Growth Lead to source, ideate and create high-quality, native social content across platforms—think Reels, TikToks, memes, motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos that feel organic and shareable.
  • Comfortable filming, photographing, and editing across a variety of social-friendly formats, including product, lifestyle, and UGC-inspired content.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform shifts, and viral moments, ensuring Bobbie’s content remains fresh, timely, and internet-savvy.
  • Optimize based on content that performs and quickly make a plan to get it in front of more people– via paid and cross-channel execution
  • Manage daily publishing across all channels, including ensuring captions, key words, and hashtags align with overall content marketing strategy and SEO. Boost content where we’re seeing success.
  • Monitor and adapt publishing schedule as needed to respond to cultural moments and real-time opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Lead, Creative Strategist and marketing team to shape Bobbie’s social content aesthetic through engaging visuals and compelling content.
  • Adapt and refine content based on performance, trends, and audience feedback—nothing is too precious to tweak or try again.
  • Work closely with growth, marketing, and brand teams to support ongoing initiatives, launches, and campaigns with best-in-class creative
  • Operate as a scrappy, agile, and high-output creator who can source, concept, create, and edit quickly without heavy production lift.
