• Cook up creative strategies for videos and social campaigns that grab attention and actually convert
• Craft scripts that hook people and make them forget they're watching an ad
• Shape-shift your creative approach based on who's watching
• Team up with marketing, design, and content folks to keep everything on-brand
• Pitch your ideas, test them, and fine-tune based on what works
