Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in network support, configuration, and implementation
• Strong background in switching, routing, and firewalls
• Experience with SNMP polling/traps, flow analysis, and API-based monitoring
• Proficiency with NMS tools: Broadcom DX Spectrum, PM, PC, VNA, NFA, IBM SevOne and AIOps
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers supporting Network Monitoring Systems (NMS), ensuring visibility and uptime across complex environments.
• Work with advanced tools like Broadcom DX Suite, IBM SevOne, and AIOps to deliver real-time insights and proactive performance management.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to maintain a highly available network infrastructure, while mentoring your team and driving daily operations to successful outcomes.
