Self-starter with excellent communication, outreach, business development, and relationship-building
Previous experience in business development or outreach is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and remotely with team members in various timezones.
Passionate about helping others and creating career pathways for military families.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to prospective partners and clients.
Build and maintain relationships with organizations looking to engage the military community.
Support the development and implementation of tailored talent, marketing campaign, and dual marketing and event campaign.
Collaborate with the FMI team to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with company goals.
Represent FMI’s mission with professionalism and enthusiasm.
