• Demonstrated experience deploying production-grade Solana smart contracts.
• Deep understanding of Rust, Anchor, and the SVM.
• Ability to work independently, manage project complexity, and own features end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain smart contracts in Rust using Solana's SVM architecture.
• Own technical design decisions and lead implementation for Solana-related features and protocols.
• Contribute to protocol architecture and application-layer integrations across chains.
• Work closely with security auditors to ensure contract safety and compliance.
• Develop internal tooling to support testing, simulation, and deployment pipelines for smart contracts.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and operations to align technical implementation with strategic goals.
