Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume staffing environment.
  • Demonstrated success placing technical talent (engineering, product, data, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and stakeholder-management savvy.
  • ATS & sourcing expertise: you navigate modern tools with ease.
  • Ability to cover several days per week aligned to Pacific Time and flex across EST–PST windows.
Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close—owning every candidate touchpoint.
  • Manage multiple requisitions at once while protecting candidate quality and speed-to-hire.
  • Conduct structured, skill-based conversations that accurately gauge technical depth.
  • Align with hiring managers and external partners to fine-tune role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Deliver timely updates and stellar experiences from first outreach to final offer.
  • Use our ATS, dialers, and sourcing platforms to maintain flawless data and clear reporting.
  • Spot process gaps, propose fixes, and help us shorten time-to-fill without sacrificing fit.
