Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of data flow and file transmissions
• Experience in configuration of systems
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Advanced level user of Microsoft Office programs
• Strategic thinking and analytical ability
• High degree of attention to detail accuracy
• Ensuring compliance and quality control
• Customer focus oriented
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Performing research and analysis as required
• Performance Driven - The willingness to assume personal ownership and accountability
• Identify & communicate risks in a timely manner
• Sense of Urgency - The ability to proactively sense, and take action, with problems and opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements and configure all new banks/customers accordingly - Compass, Namsys, etc. (40%)
• Work closely with IT regarding any transmission of data (20%)
• Assist branches with troubleshooting of transmission or reporting issues (20%)
• Participate in other Cash Logistics projects (10%)
• Oversee all standardization and maintenance of system data (5%)
• Assist customers with add/edit/deactivate (5%)
