Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience as a 3D artist (characters, environments, props, generalists)
Good knowledge of Zbrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter and Photoshop.
Good knowledge of both photorealism and stylized game art.
Games are our bread and butter, so game-res geometry optimization and PBR texturing important skills to have.
Knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max OR Blender.
Ideally a degree in Arts, but self-taught skills are just as good.
Strong knowledge of artistic anatomy.
Responsibilities:
Create high-quality real and photo-real 3d character models and outfits.
Ability to hand sculpt and texture assets while also enhancing results through simulations, scanned data or other techniques, delivering required project quality.
Adapt to various art directions and different project styles.
Work with minimal supervision, in an efficient and timely manner, and keep to the production schedule.
Interact with your fellow artists to streamline the art creation process.
Find creative and original ideas to improve workflows.
