• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience managing Meta ads for e-commerce brands
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (not just browsing — actual backend use)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and conversion tracking
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
• Track performance and adjust campaigns based on real-time data
• Generate reports and insights to help guide strategy
• Add and update products, descriptions, and pricing
• Troubleshoot basic issues and keep the site updated
