Requirements:

8+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience, ideally in Health Tech
Experience with PHP and Laravel preferred
Strong working knowledge of SaaS infrastructure, APIs, secure file transfers (SFTP), and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Experience integrating with systems like PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Epic, Cerner, Salesforce, Athena, Redox, or Kno2
Experience with health tech environments and HIPAA/data privacy requirements
Experience collaborating across engineering, product, support, and compliance teams

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement integrations between Carefeed and EHRs, research databases, pharma data platforms, and other healthcare systems.
Develop secure, scalable APIs to connect our platform with external data sources and applications.
Design and maintain OAuth and authentication mechanisms for secure access to third-party systems.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations to maintain patient privacy and security.
Troubleshoot integration challenges and improve system observability, monitoring, and logging.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and client experience teams to drive roadmap decisions related to platform integrations.
