Requirements:
  • 4 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree
  • Passionate about working with Early Careers talent
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Smart Recruiters & WorkDay a plus
  • Prior utilization of social media outlets for sourcing efforts, to include job boards such as LinkedIn
  • Results oriented, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful
  • Detail oriented with a proven track record of juggling multiple tasks and meeting various deadlines
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience implementing Talent Acquisition best practices
  • Prior recruiting experience within the Fin Tech industry and hiring into various Early Careers programs
  • Team player with the ability to work virtually with global team-members
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills
Responsibilities:
  • Advise hiring team on talent demand and staffing strategies
  • Implement recruitment campaigns
  • Host strategy meetings with hiring team(s)
  • Source and screen applicants
  • Manage candidate dispositioning
  • Administer and execute candidate onboarding process
  • Lead Early Careers program site for programs, including but not limited to Internship Program and New Hire Development.
  • Participate in Special projects as assigned, such as review and propose social media strategies, data management and analytics and branding
