Prior utilization of social media outlets for sourcing efforts, to include job boards such as LinkedIn

Results oriented, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful

Detail oriented with a proven track record of juggling multiple tasks and meeting various deadlines

Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Experience implementing Talent Acquisition best practices

Prior recruiting experience within the Fin Tech industry and hiring into various Early Careers programs

Team player with the ability to work virtually with global team-members

Strong problem-solving skills

Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills

Responsibilities:

Advise hiring team on talent demand and staffing strategies

Implement recruitment campaigns

Host strategy meetings with hiring team(s)

Source and screen applicants

Manage candidate dispositioning

Administer and execute candidate onboarding process

Lead Early Careers program site for programs, including but not limited to Internship Program and New Hire Development.

Participate in Special projects as assigned, such as review and propose social media strategies, data management and analytics and branding
