Own the RCM sales process from lead generation to close. Serve as an SME and executive presenter. Manage internal and external stakeholders. Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets for RCM solutions. Manage prospective client relationships. Provide consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach. Track and maintain pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity using Salesforce. Drive for deals over $1M+ and identify land-and-expand opportunities. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts. Deliver against client performance metrics and KPIs. Identify, prioritize, and qualify high-impact prospects in the provider space. Cultivate and manage relationships with decision-makers (CFOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, etc.). Stay informed on industry trends in billing, collections, denials, and reimbursement.
