Error Automation Power Automate Cloud Flow - Triggered by a new item being added to the SharePoint list, it sends an email to the employee who made the error. Depending on the error type, it gives them the option to resolve the error and update the SharePoint list. This is expected to be replaced with a new Power App, and enhanced to include a notification via Outlook or Teams that a new error needs to be reviewed.
Error Tracking 3 Day Reminder Cloud Flow - This flow looks for errors that are still unresolved after three days and sends an email every three days to the employee as a reminder to complete the error.
Unresolved Errors Summary Email Cloud Flow - Managers receive an email every Monday with their employees' errors that remain unresolved. This is expected to be enhanced with daily notifications.
