Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems and data roles
  • Workday HCM experience required
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with system testing
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management of the performance review cycle, maintaining timeline adherence and stakeholder accountability
  • Create and manage comprehensive Asana project with all deliverables, dependencies, and milestones
  • Develop and execute communication strategy for company-wide announcements
  • Configure performance cycle module in Lattice
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support for managers and employees during the review cycle
  • Track completion rates and provide regular status updates
  • Document process improvements for future performance cycles
  • Support the implementation team in ensuring successful Workday deployment
  • Execute system testing for the HCM module, and support cross-functional testing
  • Document and track testing results with detailed attention to accuracy and next steps
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify, prioritize, and resolve system bugs and issues
  • Play a key role in data conversion efforts from legacy HRIS to Workday, including: Ongoing data cleanup and validation, Creating and reviewing test conversion files, Validating converted data accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with configuration decisions based on business requirements
  • Support documentation of business processes within Workday
  • Generate and analyze employee data reports as requested by HR and business leaders
  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems through regular audits and cleanup
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed
  • Create documentation for data processes to ensure knowledge transfer
