Requirements:
  • Location in the APAC region
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology solutions
  • Proven track record of engaging, influencing, and building trusted relationships with airline executives and senior decision-makers
  • Prior experience working with or selling to airlines, or experience as a vendor in the airline industry
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
Responsibilities:
  • Own and exceed annual revenue and growth targets
  • Establish, develop, and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with new and existing airline partners
  • Engage in high-level consultative selling, understanding customer challenges and aligning our platform to meet strategic needs
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver value and co-develop go-to-market strategies
  • Lead global sales pursuits, develop account-specific strategies, and manage pipeline health through disciplined forecasting and reporting
  • Facilitate solution demos, executive briefings, and strategic workshops with clients
  • Stay current on airline industry trends and competitor activity to anticipate market shifts and refine sales strategy
  • Contribute to pricing, contract negotiation, and value proposition development
  • Represent Volantio at key industry conferences and customer meetings
