Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Occasionally interact with clients or internal teams to align on hiring needs and candidate status.
  • Manage and update internal tools, spreadsheets, and CRMs with candidate and pipeline data.
  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and interview progress for different job roles.
  • Support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and basic documentation for onboarding.
  • Flag bottlenecks in the process and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
