10+ years in consumer marketing (preferably B2B2C), 5 years marketing leadership experience
Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies for hard-to-reach or underserved populations, using culturally and contextually relevant approaches
Experience designing and executing local marketing strategies (grassroots, community events, PR) with measurable ROI
Well-versed in corporate marketing strategies tailored to health plans, with a deep understanding of their needs and dynamics
Experience building and managing a Martech stack centered around first party data collection
Experience leveraging multi-modal campaigns, especially using SMS and outbound calling
Automated marketing functions previously to create scalability and optimize results
A track record of cross-functional collaboration, influencing product, clinical, and commercial strategies through member insights and marketing data
Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and impact
Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities, with a health equity lens in marketing strategy and execution
Familiarity with HIPAA, TCPA, and other compliance and consent frameworks relevant to healthcare marketing communications
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of marketers to maximize the number of eligible members Foodsmart reaches, maximize the LTV of those members while minimizing our CAC
Leverage eligibility files (first party member contact data) to create targeted marketing campaigns focused on email, SMS, calling, digital media and local marketing
Oversee and build out a B2B marketing function to maximize the number of prospective buyers Foodsmart reaches
Continue to define Foodsmart’s brand strategy and plan, including thought leadership and category creation at both a local and national level
Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Account Management, Finance and Clinical Operations to achieve revenue targets and match member demand with available supply of appointments
Regularly create experiments that allow us to optimize results
