Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least one-three years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities:
  • Partnering closely with Parsons’ infrastructure business on marketing communication campaigns, including tradeshows and events, sponsorships, and memberships
  • Managing multiple tradeshows and events – from planning through execution – simultaneously, ensuring events remain on-schedule and on-budget
  • Collaborating across multiple teams to ensure the marketing and events approach effectively advances our business objectives
  • Creating reliable financial reports and ensuring payments occur on time
  • Assist in devising marketing plans and timelines that promote Parsons’ infrastructure business across various channels including email, web, and print media.
  • Coordinate conference attendance logistics, including managing attendee lists, marketing materials, and speaker arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and develop production timelines.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks and support data management for the marketing & communications team as well as other stakeholders.
