Requirements:

5 years - Management and/or leadership experience required
3 years - Experience in the LTSS program required
3 years - Experience with CMS, Medicaid and Medicaid LTSS regulations and contract management required
3 years - Experience with Medicaid/Waiver IDD programs required

Responsibilities:

Identifies and designs new strategies to support IDD population.
Directs the development and implementation of new initiatives and monitors ongoing performance of all aspects of the IDD programs to ensure projects are implemented, accepted, and accomplished within set deadlines, ensuring that quality standards and goals are achieved
Establishes processes, procedures, and practices for teams to follow within the program ensuring adherence to all contractual and accreditation requirements and standards
Ensures that all relevant areas within the program strategies are supported and consistent with organizational business goals and regulations.
Serves as IDD subject matter expert and builds bridges across all areas within the organization. Translates corporate objectives into program objectives and practices
