Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

- Experience in developing and managing budgets, resources, and operational strategies for psychiatric services.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in psychiatric care delivery.
- Strong focus on patient-centered care, quality improvement, and implementation of evidence-based practices in psychiatry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality psychiatric care across the organization.
- Oversee patient treatment plans, review complex cases, and ensure that care aligns with evidence-based practices.
- Supervise and mentor psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training for all psychiatric professionals.
- Design, implement, and evaluate psychiatric programs, treatment protocols, and services that meet the mental health needs of the community.
- Ensure all psychiatric services comply with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements, including HIPAA, and align with organizational policies.
