Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with B2B Enterprise products is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong empathy for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to inform product decisions.
• Ability to understand complex systems and develop platform-level capabilities that simplify the end-user experience.
• Creative thinker who can drive innovative solutions that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus among teams.
• Ability to partner with UX research and design closely to validate and test new concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between product development teams and various stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers.
• Drive innovative solutions that significantly impact a large portion of our user base.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
• Analyze product performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
