Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong analytical background with hands-on experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and social listening tools.
  • Proven track record of managing media budgets and delivering measurable results in performance marketing.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or similar platforms).
  • Solid understanding of attribution, audience segmentation, and digital strategy.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, fully remote, and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Monitor campaign performance and budgets, ensuring optimal media spend aligned with performance and branding goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and propose new acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Paid Media Analytics to meet campaign KPIs across both B2B and B2C verticals.
  • Implement AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency in campaign management.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform analytics.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for internal teams and clients.
  • Support social listening efforts and integrate findings into broader campaign strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of automated marketing workflows using platforms such as Make, Zapier, or Workato.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools that can drive optimization and operational improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to scale automation efforts and enhance reporting accuracy.
