Requirements:

  • Provide input on TEEI’s U.S. expansion, financial sustainability, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to nonprofit governance standards, financial oversight, and legal compliance.
  • Participate in at least one board committee (e.g., Fundraising, Governance, Finance).
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate partners, philanthropists, and educational institutions to expand TEEI’s reach.
  • Represent TEEI at industry events, networking opportunities, and public engagements.
  • Serve as an advocate for education, workforce development, and nonprofit leadership.
  • Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual or in-person) and actively participate in organizational initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and strategic counsel to TEEI’s leadership team.
