Valid and unrestricted medical license in practicing state(s); one license in one of the following states (CA, FL, TX, NY) with additional licenses and/or IMLC a plus.
Proven ability to operate independently in clinical practice.
Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Experience with clinical education, quality assurance, and provider performance management strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of telemedicine platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
Ability to lead meetings, conduct performance reviews, and develop clinical education initiatives.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with tools like Slack, Google Suite, and Zoom; able to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary manager for a team of 15–25 physician providers.
Manage provider performance metrics, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and communications to providers regarding patient feedback and other clinical matters.
Conduct regular check-ins with direct provider reports.
Support clinical questions in Slack channels and host GYN Office Hours.
Assist in clinical interviews for physician candidates.
Provide “out of office” coverage for the provider team as needed for urgent tasks and critical lab/imaging reports.
Act as a physician collaborator for APRN providers on an as-needed basis.
Oversee the organization and execution of monthly QA reviews.
Review and refine QA parameters to drive high-quality care, continuous quality improvement, and optimize patient health outcomes.
Manage adverse event reporting and tracking processes.
Maintain and develop clinical education content, including protocols and guidelines.
Curate and develop content for Clinical Education Lecture Series.
Partner with clinical leadership to support ongoing provider education initiatives.
Conduct virtual consultations with patients, specializing in gynecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, PCOS, endometriosis, menopausal care, thyroid management, and fertility consultations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including pelvic ultrasounds, MRIs, and lab work.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including medications and lifestyle counseling.
Educate patients on reproductive health topics, ensuring patient-centered care.
Promptly follow up with patients through secure messaging as needed.
Maintain detailed and timely documentation in the EHR.
Collaborate with dietitians and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
Adhere to telemedicine best practices and comply with all regulatory guidelines and patient confidentiality standards.
Complete required training and adhere to company guidelines and policies.
