Requirements:
  • A proactive approach - sometimes customers require encouragement to commit. This might mean you problem solve and find solutions to our business customers.
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experiencein a call center is preferred.
  • We are looking for outgoing individuals! Be able to direct conversations and close sales.
  • We value your experience in addition to education. We are looking for three to six months of related experience and/or training.
  • We would prefer candidates with an Associate's degree or higher.
Responsibilities:
  • Following up with our current customers to make sure they are happy with their current services. Upsell servicesby asking discovery questions andpresenting additional options that may better fit their needs.
  • Making outbound calls to connect with potential residential customers to present Sparklight’scommunication packages.
  • Providing high level customer service by ensuring all customer data is entered accurately into the SalesForce system.
  • Use your learned expertise of Sparklight'sproducts to assist our customers with their questions about our services. Help show why switching toSparklightis the best choice.
