Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in outbound sales, or account management—freelance or in-house.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), as we work with clients and team members internationally.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly in a professional setting.
  • Willingness to invest focused time into prospecting, outreach, and follow-up using our tools and mentorship.
  • Eagerness to learn and openness to continuous feedback are essential for further developing persuasive communication, structured outreach habits, adaptability to new tools and evolving sales tactics, and the ability to build trust quickly with potential clients in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients of our recruiting services through cold outreach, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Lemlist and track KPIs every two weeks to promote learning and improvement.
  • Identify potential clients from your own network
  • Maintain and update our CRM pipeline in Notion, logging key client interactions, deal stages, and follow-up actions.
  • Engage with each lead in a discovery call to identify the challenges that the lead is currently facing and work with our team to propose a potential partnership to the lead. Recruitment Partnerships Managers must lead these meetings and qualify opportunities before passing them to leadership.
  • Maintain client relationships, identify areas for improvement and opportunities to maintain a steady/growing flow of income from the client
  • Collaborate with our recruiting and marketing teams to align messaging, share market insights, and co-develop outreach campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas while respecting our workflows, processes, and communication structure.
