Requirements:

2+ years of experience in an HR Partner or similar role
English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Critical thinking and a proactive, hands-on mindset
Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to build trust and detect potential retention risks
Lead and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage and support the performance review process
Collaborate closely with the Head of HR on strategic initiatives
Plan and execute internal events and corporate activities
Promote and support a strong corporate culture
Act as a reliable point of contact for employees, providing daily HR support
Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to team efficiency
Continuously improve HR processes and enhance employee experience
