Train, coach, and inspire stylists for best-in-class client styling. Manage, lead, and inspire the team to meet/exceed performance goals. Own key metrics and take actions to meet/exceed performance targets. Solve complex challenges in team performance and training program design. Own team's operational functions including scheduling and timesheet approvals. Provide feedback on team performance and share insights with the founding team. Assess new stylist candidates and conduct interviews. Design training programs for an engaging onboarding experience. Build community within the Styling team and integrate Stylists into the broader company. Collaborate with CX, Operations, Merchandising, Product Development, Marketing, and Engineering.
