Requirements:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in creative design and branding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving high-impact creative initiatives.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Previous experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the brand’s visual identity, ensuring creativity and consistency across all channels, and supporting the team in delivering standout design.
• Drive the development and implementation of strategic creative initiatives that add measurable value to the company.
• You’ll work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders across the business. You’ll take on feedback, know when to push back and always fly the flag for quality over quantity.
• Support the creation, testing, and implementation of self-serve templates and tools, enabling other teams to maintain brand consistency while designing efficiently.
• You’ll lead, where required, and mentor junior team members, fostering our collaborative culture and supporting the creation of brilliant work.
