Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud providers (GCP, AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker).
  • Proficient in at least one scripting language: Python, Go, Bash, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience setting up, maintaining, and optimizing EVM-compatible blockchain nodes.
  • Deep understanding of system monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Cloudwatch, etc.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) and automation of deployments.
  • Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, including networking and storage.
  • Understanding of security principles, infrastructure hardening, and access controls.
  • Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure or validator networks.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset; ability to work independently in a fast-moving, globally distributed team.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure using platforms like GCP, AWS, or Digital Ocean.
  • Architect zero-downtime, geo-redundant systems for blockchain node operations and validator infrastructure.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, code deployment, and system monitoring.
  • Setup, monitor, and maintain EVM-based blockchain full nodes across various networks.
  • Participate in system design and architecture reviews with a focus on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
  • Proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure issues, implementing automation to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate closely with protocol, backend, and product teams to ensure infrastructure supports core product requirements.
  • Lead performance tuning, system hardening, and capacity planning efforts.
  • Maintain security best practices and ensure disaster recovery and failover mechanisms are in place.
  • Own uptime, monitoring, and availability SLAs for mission-critical systems.
