Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as a front-end engineer
- 5 years+ of experience in React, TypeScript, Next.js
- Experience in standardization and OSS activities
- Experience in working as a Tech Lead/ Manager
- Working experience as an Individual Contributor
- Strong empathy with Tailor's Mission
- Japanese written and verbal communication skills (JLPT N2)
- Availability to WFH
Responsibilities
- Developing React components
- Designing and improving the UI of Tailor PF
- May be involved in back-end development based on interests and skills
