Requirements:

• 2 years experience as a Product manager in the B2B / B2C SaaS Space
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
• Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with design and development teams to bring ideas to life
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End ownership of your dedicated product area: idea creation to discovery to development to go-live.
• Working with Customer Support, Sales, & Success teams, to interviewing customers ensuring we build the best product for our users
• Lead the design & optimise user interfaces for our new innovative Payroll feature on both web and mobile applications
• Own the design process: from research, competitor benchmarking, low to high-fidelity wireframes, customer testing, and QA with our development team.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine the product experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
