Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager within a Software / Technology context
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Technical expertise and the ability to work with customers and other stakeholders
  • Experience working in an Agile environment in software product development, using one or more of the primary Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/XP etc.)
  • Experience networking, collaborating, and influencing different partners
  • Demonstrate a understanding of business processes and apply to translate that understanding into technical requirements
  • Experience the identity and fraud industry would be considered an advantage
  • Industry or academic certifications relevant to the domain, technology, and/or discipline of Product Ownership
  • Expertise using Jira and Confluence to capture and prioritize release requirements
  • Experience with user interface product development and working with user experience design teams
Responsibilities:
  • Product Owner for one or more scrum teams
  • Working with the Product Manager and stakeholders to understand the business problem, voice of customer and identify the capabilities to add to the product
  • Produce a healthy backlog by refining prioritized features into user stories
  • Define sprint goals and manage scope and deliverables of a release
  • Define acceptance criteria and drive iteration goals via prioritized stories
  • Lead design deep-dives, grooming sessions and coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders on gathering integration and operational requirements
  • Lead preparation of backlog for PI planning sessions and plan roadmaps
  • Accept user stories at the end of sprint and facilitate internal stakeholder communication about project status and releases
  • Review and support product documentation activities
