Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare partnerships, strategic alliances, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, value-based care models, and primary care/FQHC market segments
  • Experience successfully engaging and influencing C-suite
  • Proven track record in successful partnership development, proposal creation, stakeholder management, and strategy execution
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience in managing and delivering strategic plans from inception to deployment
  • Experience with analyzing data and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to cultivate close working relationships with key leaders internally and externally
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, to solve complex problems, and scale solutions effectively across a large and highly distributed organization

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, Negotiate, and Manage the full life cycle of strategic partnerships to drive strategies that generate leads, increase brand awareness and thought leadership in alignment with Aledade’s Growth KPIs.
  • “Quarterback” our team of Marketing, Network Development, and Market Leadership to successfully execute on partnership deliverables.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate comprehensive partnership plans for strategic partners, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Establish ROI metrics, provide regular performance reporting, and analyze partnership effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive partnership agreements through the legal review process to ensure timely execution, and develop financial analyses and business cases to secure budget approval for partnership initiatives.
