Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare partnerships, strategic alliances, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, value-based care models, and primary care/FQHC market segments
- Experience successfully engaging and influencing C-suite
- Proven track record in successful partnership development, proposal creation, stakeholder management, and strategy execution
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience in managing and delivering strategic plans from inception to deployment
- Experience with analyzing data and data-driven decision making
- Ability to cultivate close working relationships with key leaders internally and externally
- Ability to manage ambiguity, to solve complex problems, and scale solutions effectively across a large and highly distributed organization

Responsibilities:
- Identify, Negotiate, and Manage the full life cycle of strategic partnerships to drive strategies that generate leads, increase brand awareness and thought leadership in alignment with Aledade’s Growth KPIs.
- “Quarterback” our team of Marketing, Network Development, and Market Leadership to successfully execute on partnership deliverables.
- Develop, manage, and communicate comprehensive partnership plans for strategic partners, ensuring their successful execution.
- Establish ROI metrics, provide regular performance reporting, and analyze partnership effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive partnership agreements through the legal review process to ensure timely execution, and develop financial analyses and business cases to secure budget approval for partnership initiatives.
