Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in a data-focused role, ideally with exposure to marketing tech, growth, or analytics engineering
- Hands-on experience with the following tools:
- Segment (or similar CDPs)
- Snowflake (or comparable data warehouses)
- Facebook Ads Manager + Google Ads
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Mixpanel
- Optimizely
- Strong SQL skills and comfort querying large datasets
- Working knowledge of cookie behavior, consent management, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Experience managing event tracking implementation end-to-end, from planning to QA
Responsibilities:
- Own and expand the tracking lexicon/event schema across all platforms (web, backend, marketing tools, etc.)
- Ensure accurate data collection and attribution across tools like Segment, GTM, Google Analytics, and ad platforms
- Manage integrations between the CDP (Segment) and marketing/destination tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Oversee tracking compliance including cookie management, consent banners, and data privacy best practices
- Collaborate with product and engineering to implement new tracking events and user-level data
- Generate self-serve reports and dashboards in Mixpanel, and support growth/marketing analytics
- Query and maintain reporting pipelines from Snowflake and other data warehouse sources
- Set up and optimize experiments using platforms like Optimizely
- Support performance marketing team with attribution modeling and insights
