Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in channel, field, or partner marketing in the Networking and/or SaaS space.
  • Proven success in building and executing marketing engagement strategies with technology, Reseller, VAR, MSP, SI, and Distribution partners.
  • Experience managing and optimizing Market Development Funds (MDF) to drive measurable and scalable impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across levels, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, think and execute creative solutions
  • Expertise with SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, and PRM systems
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to engage and grow revenue with Americas resellers (Nationals and other key accounts).
  • Drive partner education and enablement initiatives to improve partner effectiveness and mindshare.
  • Create and execute annual partner marketing plans, aligning initiatives with Extreme Networks' corporate objectives and themes, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Regularly engage with assigned partners to design and execute integrated campaigns, facilitating co-marketing efforts and demand generation initiatives.
  • Oversee logistics and execution of co-marketing events, including virtual engagements and regional field events.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales, BDR, and Marketing Operations to optimize channel marketing opportunities and support pipeline growth.
  • Represent assigned partners and key results in weekly and quarterly internal reviews and related activities.
  • Support the creation of channel marketing and sales materials, including playbooks, datasheets, presentations, webinars, and videos.
  • Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) allocation for key partners, ensuring strategic and effective spending.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, ROI, and spend for all channel marketing activities.
  • Market ‘about’ partners internally and externally via WinWires, case studies, web presence, etc.
  • Support other reseller initiatives in the Americas as needed.
