Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in advertising creative development.
- Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper, etc.
- Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection and prompting.
- Experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong written English skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with clients and the team.
- Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our GenAI team to meet with clients, taking and refining briefs that meet client needs while best demonstrating GenAI capabilities within a systematic GenAI delivery process.
- Oversee Pencil-related queries from creative teams to deliver final creative assembly involving different GenAI models and techniques.
- Where necessary, directly intervene in developing, generating, or manually retouching outputs to meet quality standards across briefs.
- Work with our GenAI team to present creative outputs to clients, taking feedback and managing expectations regarding what GenAI can and cannot do.
- Work with our GenAI team to report on Pencil's delivery process, allowing for steps, prompts, and time taken to be shared transparently with clients.
- Collaborate with our Training team to actively explore, implement, and explain new GenAI techniques to help our wider user base achieve high-quality creative outputs.
- Work with our Product & Engineering teams to test new GenAI features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.
- Stay actively AI-proficient and up-to-date by: Completing ongoing, structured [IIG] AI training, including Pencil; Continuously upskilling using our approved AI tools, including Pencil; Staying updated with evolving AI trends through our newsletters, webinars, hackathons, AI communities, etc.; Facilitating collaborative knowledge-sharing sessions to foster an open exchange of AI expertise and embrace our culture of learning.
