Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in the fintech or SaaS sectors
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through operational improvements and data insights
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations best practices, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience in implementing CRM systems and marketing automation tools, as well as harmonizing multiple software tools, plus points for working with Salesforce
  • Familiar with data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights
  • Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs to assess performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, including team members, executives and partners
  • Able to build strong relationships across teams, such as engineering and sales, at various levels within re:cap, as well as with external partners like industry collaborators
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets and enhancing operational efficiency
  • Innovative and adaptable, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success
  • Collaborative mindset, thriving in a dynamic startup environment
  • Speak English fluently, German is a plus
  • Valid EU work permit and reside within the EU
Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas for process improvement across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management implementing best practices to enhance revenue potential
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue initiatives, ensuring they align with the organizational goals and strategic objectives of re:cap, while fostering accountability across teams.
  • Own the integration of revenue operations tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve data flow across teams
  • Analyze revenue-related data to provide insights and recommendations that drive decision-making, performance tracking, and forecasting
  • Engage with key stakeholders to execute and enable revenue strategies, communicate performance outcomes, and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams, but also finance and data teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and performance metrics, while promoting smooth synchronization and breaking down silos between departments
