Requirements:
- Successful candidates must have a proven product management track record in SaaS products at scale.
- Product management: significant experience in Product management roles in software companies; 5+ years
- People leadership: proven experience leading and growing teams, and specifically Product Managers
- Insight/Analysis: demonstrable expertise in driving product strategy from customer insight & analysis
Responsibilities:
- Growing your team of Product Managers including coaching, developing and guiding their career planning and managing their workload.
- Developing an excellent product culture and practices, ensuring high velocity testing and problem discovery and top notch stakeholder management.
- Shaping the long term product strategy for our core product to generate revenue, growth and customer satisfaction by exploring and analysing new business opportunities in close collaboration with the biz dev and strategy team.
- Managing and engaging non-solution stakeholders and ensuring their buy-in for the product strategy.
