- 2-5 years of experience within a fast-growth, operationally-intensive company.

- Analytical experience (preferably SQL, Microsoft Excel)
- Exceptional organizational skills – you excel at managing multiple tasks concurrently and coordinating complex scheduling.
- Adaptability – you thrive in environments of change, adeptly navigating ambiguity and embracing new challenges.
- Creative problem solver - you are not afraid to change the status quo.
- Accountable owner - you have the ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
- Strong interest in the legal / legal-tech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding and engagement for our gig contract transcriptionists, including facilitating training, granting access to systems, and providing necessary resources and guidance.
- Lead our gig contract transcriptionist recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and integrating new candidates to the team.
- Manage communications related to transcription, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding expectations, best practices, deadlines, and principles.
- Analyze trends in client orders to forecast demand and ensure adequate supply and staffing levels to meet operational needs.
- Develop and nurture the Transcription community by monitoring and promptly responding to concerns and questions, resolving ad-hoc issues, facilitating feedback, and creating additional community-building opportunities.
- Develop onboarding and community engagement strategy to maintain quality and scalability.
