- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where challenges are opportunities
- Drive to stay hands-on as a senior individual contributor, actively shaping solutions and leading by example
- Raise the bar on the product management craft within the company
Responsibilities:
- Work with your teams, customers, and leadership to shape the vision for Pleo’s payments platform
- Define and track KPIs to measure success, keeping your teams aligned with the company’s goals
- Partner with Engineering Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement
- Strengthen product management practices at Pleo, helping PMs across the organization grow
- Ensure Pleo a trusted name in payments and financial services
- Help to dismantle the complexity of payments into viable products and solutions
