Requirements:
  • 5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles.
  • Deep experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media management (budgeting, strategy, execution).
  • Experience with multi-location marketing and geo-targeted campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills—proficient in GA4, Amplitude, Looker, SQL (a plus), or similar tools.
  • Experience with vacation rentals, hospitality, travel, or marketplace businesses is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize all paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, TikTok, and more) to drive direct bookings and supply growth.
  • Develop and execute geo-targeted paid strategies to scale efficiently across multiple locations.
  • Take a data-first approach to campaign management, ensuring spend is optimized for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Transition ownership from an external agency, bringing a proactive, hands-on approach to campaign execution and performance optimization.
  • Work on attribution modeling and multi-touch measurement, improving how we track direct bookings, incrementality, and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing & CRM teams to drive retention, optimize landing pages, and run conversion experiments.
  • Lead and support the listings & distribution team, ensuring all properties are fully optimized for visibility, conversion, and revenue performance.
  • Identify and execute strategies to improve listing performance for high-revenue properties, driving better rankings, pricing, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure listings data and distribution are aligned across OTAs (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) and direct channels.
  • Help manage key portfolio assets, making sure marketing efforts exceed owner expectations.
  • Work cross-functionally with channel managers to ensure platform performance is aligned with growth and revenue goals.
  • Own CAC, LTV, and direct booking attribution, working closely with our analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Looker).
  • Build and manage reporting dashboards, providing clear insights into marketing performance, spend efficiency, and listing success.
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages and conversion funnels, improving user acquisition and retention metrics.
  • Develop and refine tracking methodologies to ensure accurate measurement of multi-channel performance.
  • Work with Revenue, Ops, Product, Engineering, Brand, Owner Experience, and Field Ops to drive performance across all marketing efforts.
  • Be a key resource for owners and stakeholders, communicating marketing performance and property success strategies.
  • Assist in retention marketing (email, SMS, loyalty programs), ensuring paid marketing efforts support long-term brand growth.
