Requirements:
  • 5-10 years related experience in Portfolio Management, Analytics, Project Management, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Business Systems Admin, Finance)
  • Proficiency in identifying inefficiencies, analyzing workflows, and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions regarding portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to effectively allocate resources and evaluate the financial performance of the portfolio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate portfolio management strategies, updates, and reports to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor portfolio initiatives and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve systems that manage the allocation of resources across different projects or initiatives within the portfolio system of record.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to evaluate portfolio and product performance, uncovering valuable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Monitor the performance of the portfolio against key metrics and benchmarks and provide regular reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Produce multi-level product roadmaps, and other reports as required from the portfolio system of record.
  • Manage the governance of the product development lifecycle including processes and frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance within the portfolio.
  • Ensure our system of record (Aha!) accurately reflects the current and planned work for product and engineering.
