Requirements:

  • Creative Optimization: Expertise in testing and optimizing creatives, managing ad fatigue, and coordinating with creative teams for effective content production.
  • Adaptability and Agility: Ability to quickly adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions, platform regulations, and emerging opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, and direct media buys.
  • Manage campaigns on ad networks such as Exoclick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, and Adsterra, with the option to train in adult-specific channels if applicable.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, targeting refinements, and budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other advanced analytics platforms.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and new formats based on performance metrics and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Data, Product) to align advertising strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers, ad networks, and other partners to secure favorable placements and negotiate optimal terms.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and platform policy changes to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Leverage automation tools to enhance campaign management and streamline operations.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform regulations and industry standards, proactively managing risks related to ad compliance.
