Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning or parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) methods for diffusion models (e.g. Dreambooth, LoRA, textual inversion)
• Knowledge of standard GenAI tools and frameworks for computer vision: Pillow, torch, diffusers, ComfyUI, Automatic1111
• At least 2 years of experience working with generative models such as Stable Diffusion (1.5, XL), Wan-Video, or Hunyuan
• Solid foundation in programming and software engineering: ability to work with code, tools, and infrastructure
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work is required (GitHub and/or CivitAI, for example)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including content creators, product managers, and AI engineers, to define requirements for AI avatar creation
• Fine-tune diffusion-based models by embedding new concepts using techniques like Dreambooth, LoRA, or textual inversion
• Research and evaluate open-source models to enhance our image and video generation pipelines
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to produce high-quality, coherent, and creative visual content
• Stay up to date with the latest in generative AI (image & video), and experiment with state-of-the-art models to push our creative boundaries
