Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience within an HR function and 2+ years in an HRBP role
  • Strong relationship builder with a proven ability to develop trust and deeply embed into business units to understand their work, goals, and measures of success
  • Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions to help people solve problems independently and/or to think differently.
  • Demonstrated data literacy and the ability to interpret people metrics, reporting, or dashboards, turning insights into actionable recommendations for the business
  • Experience building pivot tables, using basic formulas, and analyzing data to draw insights
  • Managed various sensitive employee scenarios with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality while maintaining composure and tact
  • Knowledge of fundamental HR concepts, policies, and labor laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with managers and their teams to implement company-wide people programs and policies.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and support on performance management, hiring, career development, employee relations, recognition programs, and more—ensuring our employees have what they need to thrive.
