Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted campaigns to boost subscriber retention and family member conversions.
Lead the Ambassador Program, activating subscribers as advocates through referrals and engagement campaigns.
Drive go-to-market strategies for new partner launches, ensuring subscribers stay informed and engaged.
Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and campaign iteration to refine lifecycle marketing efforts, enhance engagement tactics, and improve performance.
Work with local and global teams (CS, WE, VM, CX) to align on initiatives, share insights, and foster a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Identify local trends, benchmark competitors, and lead innovative campaigns aligned with global and regional strategies.
Oversee end-to-end execution of local initiatives, ensuring seamless CRM campaign management in Braze while maintaining best practices and documentation.
Manage the creation of marketing assets (CTA, visuals, copy) using Canva, Figma, and Structured Web, ensuring brand consistency.
Proactively tackle challenges, experiment with new approaches, and scale successful strategies globally.
