Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Creative producer / Creative Manager / Marketing producer / Creative Strategist / Ads producer in international product IT companies (adtech, mobile gaming, dating & social discovery, media platforms, health and entertainment apps), or performance marketing creative and production agencies
Experience in creative content production or related role in performance marketing
Experience in creating content for the US market
Knowledge of creative standards across paid channels (e.g., Paid Social, PPC, Mobile, Media)
Understanding of performance marketing and data-driven decision-making (A/B tests, UA metrics)
Ability to develop creative concepts and write clear, detailed briefs
Experience in managing creative production and giving feedback on audio-visual marketing assets
English (B2): English proficiency for effective communication and negotiation

Responsibilities:

Be the point of contact for all creative production tasks, coordinating task requests and overseeing the end-to-end creative production process.
Generate and adapt ideas independently or through creative brainstorming sessions
Manage requests and write clear production briefs (for both internal and external teams)
Oversee timelines and asset delivery
Ensure all creatives meet channel and brand requirements
Track performance and extract insights from internal analytics and market trends
