Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations, team assistant, or a related role, preferably within Web3 startups
• Some Web3 / crypto experience is required, whether personal or professional
• Experience working in marketing and business development (sales) teams
• Previous working experience in an agency setting
• Adept at swiftly designing and kicking off projects, and managing multiple streams in parallel
• Experience in budget management and ROI analysis
• Startup experience is essential—comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track projects across bizdev and marketing teams, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables are completed and strategic goals met
• Setting and measuring KPIs to assess the performance of different campaigns
• Assist in developing and executing marketing and community initiatives, and measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns by tracking KPIs, ROI, and other relevant metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate the performance of the campaigns

• Serve as the operational liaison between marketing, bizdev, and other departments
• Operating with a data-driven mindset, using analytics to inform decisions and optimise performance and reporting
