Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into innovative RELEX solutions.
• Experience managing teams, providing coaching, and fostering career growth.
• Comfortable leading workshops, presenting to executives, and influencing stakeholders.
• 5-10 years of experience in software implementation, client management, or consulting.
• System configuration capability and an analytical mindset to optimize workflows.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across multiple teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients – Lead discovery sessions, present RELEX solutions to prospects, and provide thought leadership to align customer supply chain strategies with our technology.
• Ensure project success – Oversee implementation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while continuously improving processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert – Stay ahead of industry trends and share knowledge with internal team.
• Lead & develop a team of consultants – Mentor and support team growth through structured guidance, feedback, and career development.
• Drive customer success – Leverage your industry expertise to advise customers on best practices, ensuring successful software implementations and measurable outcomes.
• Refine implementation best practices – Collaborate with internal teams (Presales, Product, and Professional Services) to enhance RELEX’s methodology for Manufacturing software implementations.
